Heidi Klum and Sofía Vergara are sending positive thoughts to their “America’s Got Talent” co-star Simon Cowell after he broke his back in a bike crash on Saturday.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Klum and Vergara shared the same photo from the outdoor set of the NBC talent show that featured an empty seat for Cowell beside fellow judge Howie Mandel.
“Wishing you a speedy recovery @simoncowell,” Klum, 47, captioned her post.
Vergara, who joined “America’s Got Talent” earlier this year, wrote, “We miss our boss!! Come back fast @simoncowell!!🚑 🚑.”
A source told Page Six that Cowell, 60 was riding his electric bike outside at home in Malibu, Calif., when he “feel on his back.” He is recovering after six-hour surgery, in which he “had to have a metal rod put into his back.”
A recovering Cowell addressed the accident Sunday night on Twitter.
“Some good advice… If you buy an electric trail bike, read the manual before you ride it for the first time. I have broken part of my back. Thank you to everyone for your kind messages,” Cowell wrote, adding, “And a massive thank you to all the nurses and doctors. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Stay safe everyone.”
