Zach Braff’s new tattoo is a lasting tribute to his late friend Nick Cordero.

The 45-year-old “Scrubs” star enlisted famed tattoo artist Dr. Woo to create an ink depiction of Cordero, who died at age 41 in July following his months-long battle with the coronavirus.

The detailed tattoo portrays Cordero dancing in a three-piece suit and hat, reminiscent of his costume for the 2014 Broadway musical “Bullets over Broadway.”

“In loving memory to the greatest,” Dr. Woo captioned a photo of the touching tattoo, which Braff also shared on his Instagram Story.

Cordero’s wife, Amanda Kloots, could be getting her own ink soon, as she commented on the image, “Need to come see you for one.”

Kloots marked the one-month anniversary of her husband’s death on Wednesday with a loving Instagram post about his “huge presence” in her and their young son Elvis’ lives.

Following Cordero’s death, Braff joined many in paying homage to the late Broadway star and posted an emotional tribute on Instagram reflecting on their final text exchange.

“The last thing he ever texted me was to look out for his wife and one year old son, Elvis,” Braff wrote. “I promise the world they will never want for anything. I feel so incredibly grateful I got to have Nick Cordero enter my life.”
