Life is still not all rosé and diamonds at SUR.

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd were hit with a class-action lawsuit on Friday for allegedly failing to pay overtime wages to her employees at SUR, their restaurant made famous by “Vanderpump Rules.”

In the filing obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, former hostess Olivia Hanson claimed that she and other employees were forced to work over eight hours per day, 40 hours per week or even seven consecutive workdays without receiving adequate compensation.

The suit also alleged restaurant owners did not properly track staff’s hours, manipulated records and did not grant employees breaks for meals or to rest.

Vanderpump’s business partners, Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata, are also named in the suit. They have both made appearances on the Bravo show.

Vanderpump, 59, and Todd were also sued in January 2020 for failing to pay minimum and overtime wages, failing to provide meal breaks — or compensation in lieu of breaks — at their various restaurants including Tom Tom, SUR, Pump and Villa Blanca. While Villa Blanca has since shuttered its doors, the case is still ongoing.

Vanderpump Dog Foundation was also sued by a former employee in January “because of the intolerable working conditions created by her manager, Martin Duarte, and his superiors.”

That case is also ongoing.
