Actress Eva LaRue says her late ex-husband John Callahan’s identity has been stolen by fraudsters.

The “CSI: Miami” star revealed to Fox News that within days of Callahan’s unexpected passing in March, his home was ransacked, personal property was taken and, most distressingly, his identity was stolen.

LaRue was married to Callahan — who died of a stoke at age 66 — from 1996 to 2005 and shared a daughter, Kaya, 18. They played love interests on the soap “All My Children.”

“Somebody broke into his house right after he died and stole his identity, his car, his laptop,” LaRue lamented. “They have been taking out loans and credit cards in his name and they’ve siphoned money out of his bank account.”

Calling the situation a “nightmare,” LaRue, 53, went on to explain that fixing all of it has been impossible.

“As you can imagine, every phone call is being put on hold for like 20 minutes or an hour or two hours, and then people being like, ‘I’m sorry, we can’t help you.’ It’s just like a bureaucratic nightmare,” LaRue said. “Every phone call that we make to try to fix the situation is just insane.

“It’s just sick and messed up. And I mean, the good thing is that they’re circling the wagons around this person. And so he’s going to get caught. But in the meantime, it’s wreaked such havoc for the last four months, like such crazy havoc.”

When the soap veteran passed, LaRue penned a touching tribute on Instagram alongside a slideshow of photos.

“Your bigger than life, gregarious personality will leave a hole in our hearts forever. We are devastated-My great friend, co parent partner, and loving father to Kaya,” she wrote.
