“Selling Sunset” star Davina Potratz puts just as much effort into her wardrobe and beauty routine as she does into selling million-dollar listings.

The Netflix star and real estate agent, 30, prepared for Season 3 of the series by investing in her wardrobe.

“I was a lot more prepared this time and I shopped ahead of time, so I had different outfits, ’cause you never know what some of the scenes might be or some of the events that come up,” she told Page Six Style in a recent interview.

“You have to have different options ready, and I really am serious about my job. I’m a real estate agent, so I try to dress very professionally, especially when I meet clients. I really want to focus on the work and not me.”

Potratz teased that she wears “a couple of fun jumpsuits that are cool” in the upcoming season — and that she always had “five outfits ready to go at all times.”

When she’s not selling real estate, she’s working in the beauty business, having recently created a bronzer and setting spray duo alongside withSimplicity ($79).

“I came up with a bronzer that’s super hydrating but gives natural color so you don’t get these really dry crow’s feet or just dry skin in general,” she explained. “So it’s hyaluronic acid bronzer with the setting spray that I really love.”

Her co-stars Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Christine Quinn and Heather Rae Young have all promoted the products on their respective social media pages.

“I was always obsessed with beauty,” Potratz told us. “Ever since I was a little kid, my mom would spend hours doing her makeup, so I’d watch her do it and I did modeling for 10, 12 years and I worked with some awesome makeup artists and was like so fascinated by their tricks of the trade and just cool, fun things, like blue eyeshadow and whatnot.”

Added the star, “Pat McGrath is a huge inspiration, with the feather lashes and cool things like that. It’s just art to me. You know, it’s really art.”

“Selling Sunset” returns to Netflix on Aug. 7.
