Lollapalooza creator Perry Farrell is putting out a box set called “The Glitz; The Glamour.”
The release will give fans a look at his career outside of Jane’s Addiction and Porno for Pyros, including tunes from his early band, Psi Com, through his most recent album, “Kind Heaven,” with remixes and rarities.
The $300 set will include eight LPs and one EP, plus a Blu-Ray disc, a hardcover book, a bandana and two art prints. It’s coming out in November from rights management outfit Last Man Music.
In 2018, Farrell said he was planning to launch a trippy 100,000-square-foot Las Vegas entertainment venue, also called Kind Heaven — but it has yet to materialize.
