Is it too late now to say sorry?

Model Hailey Baldwin is apologizing for her treatment toward a former New York City hostess.

On July 12, Julia Carolan posted a TikTok video ranking celebrity manners based on her interactions with them while working at various hotspots throughout the Big Apple.

After calling Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid “so nice” and explaining they were “super polite and friendly with staff,” she turned her attention to Justin Bieber’s 23-year-old wife.

“Next up we have Mrs. Bieber,” Carolan said. “This is going to be controversial. I’ve met her a handful of times and every time she was not nice.

“I really want to like her, but I have to give her, like, a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry!”

Carolan’s review didn’t sit well with Baldwin. Two days later, the co-host of “Drop the Mic” posted an apology in the comments section of the video.

“Just came across this video, and wanted to say so sorry if I’ve ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude. That’s not ever my intention!”

Carolan, who worked at Nobu Downtown in 2018, also called Kylie Jenner cheap, claiming that makeup mogul left a $20 tip on a $500 bill.

In another video, Carolan had it out for another member of the Kardashian-Jenner crew: Kendall Jenner.

“She used to come in all the time and was pretty cold toward staff,” Carolan said. “She also usually had someone speak for her and doesn’t speak directly to staff. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she’s just shy.”
