Teddi Mellencamp is getting candid about her body since welcoming daughter Dove in February.

“Many of you are asking for a postpartum update, but because every person’s journey is different, I have been hesitant as to not project expectations,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 38, wrote on Instagram.

“Baby Dove has been drastically different than Slate and Cruz,” Mellencamp said of her two other children. “At 4 months, she’s sleeping through the night and we are in a rhythm (after the first three months of highs and lows; phew were there some lows).”

Sharing before-and-after body shots, Mellencamp — who works as a wellness coach — said her “commitment to taking care of [her] health and wellness” has helped along the way.

“Having that consistency of clean-eating and daily activity gave me a routine that helped me manage my time and anxiety,” the Bravo personality said. “I do not share my weight, but since it’s my most-asked question, I will say that I am 9lbs away from where I was before I had Baby Dove.”

Mellencamp remains focused on “non-scale victories,” ranging from a personal record on the Peleton to a walk with her family, instead of obsessing over weight loss. The mother of three also hopes her story serves as an “inspiration.”

“If you’re postpartum or about to have a baby, just know that each journey is different, and I only wish for mine to serve as an inspiration to you,” Mellencamp said, adding she’s open to answering questions.

In addition to Dove, Mellencamp shares daughter Slate, 7, and son Cruz, 5, with husband Edwin Arroyave, who also has an 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. Mellencamp and Arroyave have been married since 2011.
