TLC’s “sMothered,” co-produced by The Post, follows mothers and daughters with outrageously close bonds. Season 2 has caught up with several returning duos from the first season, including Cher and Dawn, who are now dealing with Cher’s pregnancy, and Kathy and Cristina, who are now roommates while Cristina’s house gets renovated.
Viewers have also been introduced to some new pairs, including Floridians Mary and Brittani, who do everything together — including showering and getting colon cleanses.
In this exclusive sneak peek from the fourth episode of Season 2, called “My Gift to You,” Mary gives Brittani, 19, a shocking gift at her party. In front of all of Brittani’s friends, she announces that she will pay for Brittani to get a tummy tuck. They’re greeted with crickets from the audience.
“If my mom made an announcement like that . . . I’d be a little embarrassed,” a friend tells the camera.
“sMothered” airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on TLC.
