A producer for “The Real Housewives of NYC” bought a new house — without ever seeing it in real life. Maty Buss bought her new Old Greenwich, Conn., home after touring it via Zoom and doing the vital final walk-through on FaceTime, according to Gloria Dillard of Keller Williams realty firm.
