The “Fancy” rapper, 30, announced on her Instagram Story Wednesday that she welcomed a baby boy with boyfriend Playboi Carti.
“I have a son,” she wrote. “I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.
“I want to keep his life private,” she continued, “but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret & I love him beyond words.”
Azalea, who never confirmed the news of her pregnancy, did not share any further details.
The couple began dating in 2018, and she eventually moved in with the 23-year-old rapper. They’ve also never confirmed the rumors that they’re engaged.
In November 2019, the duo claimed $300,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from their Georgia mansion.
Among the jewelry stolen from the mansion’s living room was a $57K Audemars Piguet watch, a $35K diamond ring, and a $39K Cuban link chain, according to local affiliate WSB-TV2.
