Billy Zane enjoyed a beach day in Malibu with his “Zoolander” co-star Owen Wilson on Monday, but apparently forgot to dress for the occasion, showing up in a collared shirt and blazer — complete with pocket square — along with khakis, a flat cap and dress shoes.
But the 54-year-old “Titanic” actor’s business-casual attire didn’t stop him from diving straight into the surf in his chinos. (Wilson, 51, and his girlfriend Caroline Lindqvist appeared to be better planners, as both showed up in actual swimwear.)
Post-dip, Zane covered up his soggy trousers with a Pendleton towel that matched his pal’s, and the trio headed off — to the dry cleaners, perhaps.
