Fans of the long-running series “Friends” will delight in the news that a cookbook inspired by the show will hit book stores on Sept. 22.

“Friends: The Official Cookbook” (Insight Editions), by chef and author Amanda Yee, will feature iconic dishes that became key plot points in the beloved 10-season sitcom.

“Whether you’re a seasoned chef like Monica Geller, just starting a catering business like Phoebe Buffay, or a regular old food enthusiast like Joey Tribbiani, ‘Friends: The Official Cookbook’ offers a variety of recipes for chefs of all levels,” according to the $29.99 book’s official synopsis.

Recipes in the 144-page volume include Monica’s Friendsgiving feast; Just-for-Joey Fries; Chandler’s “Milk You Can Chew”; Phoebe’s grandmother’s cookies; Ross’ “Moist Maker” turkey sandwich, and — who could forget? — Rachel’s infamous trifle.

Said Joey (Matt LeBlanc) of the dubious dish, “I mean, what’s not to like? Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good.

“Friends,” which originally ran from 1994 to 2004 on NBC, has hit a nostalgia renaissance lately, especially with the highly anticipated — albeit long-delayed — new HBO Max reunion special on the way.
