Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are living in an $18 million Beverly Hills mansion owned by movie mogul Tyler Perry.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their 1-year-old son Archie have set up home in Perry’s eight-bedroom Tuscan-style villa in the swanky Beverly Ridge Estates, according to reports.

They are believed to have been introduced to the “Madea” star by Oprah Winfrey, according to the Daily Mail. Perry’s 12-bathroom hilltop estate sits on 22 acres with sweeping views of the city.

Page Six revealed that Winfrey has been a guiding force to the Sussexes since their departure from royal life.

The couple moved to LA in March after fleeing their Canadian bolthole as the country closed its borders amid the coronavirus pandemic.

News of their new address comes days after broker-to-the-stars Josh Altman told us that Beverly Ridge Estates was among the gated communities he would choose for them.

Since their arrival in LA, the couple has been spotted only a handful of times, delivering food to the vulnerable and walking their dogs.

We revealed that they are on the hunt to buy their own property in the region of $10-20 million — as Altman said they could “low ball” their way into an amazing home.

The “Million Dollar Listing” guru told us: “The market in general is great for buyers, you’ll get a great deal over the next six months. If you’re looking to spend $10 to $20 million, there are five or six gated communities that are perfect.” He cited Brentwood Country Estates, Beverly Park, Mulholland Estates, the Summit and Beverly Ridge as great gated developments.

Altman, who will not discuss if he’s working with the ex-royals, added: “The Palisades, while it’s an amazing community, doesn’t have guard-gated communities with property values north of $10 million.”

Reps for the Sussexes and Perry declined to comment.
