It seems Kelley Flanagan has the Weber family’s stamp of approval.
On Saturday, the parents of former “Bachelor” star Peter Weber addressed their son’s budding romance on social media, the same day the 28-year-old pilot confirmed his relationship with Flanagan, 27.
“Happiness is finding your copilot,” Weber’s father Peter captioned a shot of the twosome on Instagram.
Weber’s mom Barbara, who has long been outspoken about her son’s personal life, also posted a photo collage of the couple.
Flanagan and Weber initially met before production on his “Bachelor” season got underway. After eliminating Flanagan in Week 7, Weber proposed to model Hannah Ann Sluss during the show’s season finale, which aired earlier this year.
In March, it was revealed Weber and Sluss, 24, were no longer together amid his lingering feelings for fellow “Bachelor” contestant Madison Prewett, also 24. Though Weber’s mom made it clear she preferred Sluss to Prewett, Weber and Prewett eventually went their separate ways.
A month later, Weber addressed his relationship status with Flanagan after photos of the pair in Chicago surfaced online.
“We’re not dating,” Weber said in April on Nick Viall’s “The Viall Files” podcast. “Could I see that in the future? I’m always transparent, yeah, of course. I’d be extremely lucky and very happy if that happened.”
It appears Weber got his wish.
