The 2020 Met Gala might be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but that isn’t stopping fashion fans from rolling out their own red carpets at home.
Last week, Billy Porter and Vogue teamed up to announce the #MetGalaChallenge, calling on their stylish supporters to recreate iconic past looks from the star-studded affair.
“Which ensemble you replicate, and what you use to make it, is entirely up to you — think outside of the box,” the magazine urged.
In the days since, quarantined creatives have been channeling celebrities ranging from Rihanna to Beyoncé to Katy Perry. Below, a roundup of the best entries thus far.
