Amanda Kloots is hopeful for the road ahead with husband Nick Cordero.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Kloots shared a clip of her wedding dance with Broadway star Cordero, 41, who had his right leg amputated over the weekend due to complications from the novel coronavirus.
“Part of our wedding dance ❤️ that our friends @swaywithmeny choreographed for us. I love dancing with you @nickcordero1,” Kloots captioned the video, vowing, “We WILL dance again!”
Kloots has kept fans updated about Cordero’s battle against the coronavirus, revealing Sunday his surgery went well.
“Okay, I just heard from the doctor, and he’s doing good. For Nick, he’s doing the best that he possibly can right now,” Kloots said in an Instagram story. “Surgery went well, he’s recovering well after surgery.”
She added, “The wound looks okay, he didn’t lose a lot of blood. His blood pressure is okay. His heart is okay.”
Cordero was hospitalized earlier this month. As of Monday, over $367,000 has been raised on Go Fund Me for the former “Rock of Ages” star and his family.
Cordero and Kloots share 10-month-old son Elvis.
