Despite beauty salons being shuttered amid the COVID-19 crisis, Alicia Keys got a manicure at home on Wednesday, courtesy of her husband Swizz Beatz.
The 41-year-old hip-hop producer shared a video of himself filing the 39-year-old “Fallin’” singer’s fingernails, most of which were wrapped in aluminum foil.
As Beatz buffed away, he jokingly suggested trying something sharper to remove Keys’ gel polish. “An X-Acto knife would cut this s—t right off,” he pointed out — an idea his wife swiftly shut down.
“Quarantine Day 33,” Beatz captioned the clip. “I think everyone will come out of this more handy and crafty.”

His friends certainly seemed to approve of his handiwork. “Just adorable!!!” Taraji P. Henson commented while Timbaland deemed his skills “amazing.”
