Jessica Chastain is keeping healthcare workers in New York City energized.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that the Oscar-nominated actress, 43, donated Beyond Burgers to staff at Lenox Hill Hospital in the Upper East Side as they continue to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

“The nurses loved it,” a staff member told us. “It was such a great surprise. We love pizza but this was a nice, healthy change.”

Other Lenox Hill workers also praised Chastain’s continued generosity, as “The Help” star donated snacks to hospital employees just two weeks ago.

“This is so nice of her,” another nurse said. “They’re so good and surprisingly tasted just like meat.”

We’re told Chastain wants to make the vegan burgers a weekly treat for the hospital staff.

The Golden Globe-winning actress previously provided healthcare employees with snack boxes that included cupcakes, cookies and caramel corn from Tenth and Pike Sweet Shop, as well as Kind bars and peanuts.

Chastain’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Beyond Meat declined to comment on Chastain’s partnership and instead pointed us to their Feed A Million+ pledge that is aimed at donating more than 1 million cooked Beyond Burgers to hospitals, frontline workers, food banks and communities in need.

Celebrities such as Kevin Hart and Snoop Dogg have also participated.
