Michelle Money will no longer be documenting her daughter’s recovery on social media.

The former “Bachelor” contestant, 39, announced over the weekend that she’s taking a break from social media to give 15-year-old Brielle “her privacy,” though her ex, Ryan Money, continues to provide updates on Brielle’s health after her skateboarding accident last month.

“I am so grateful for you guys. I’m so grateful for all of the prayers and all of the support and all of the amazing, amazing friends and family and strangers who have followed and supported and prayed for my daughter,” Michelle, holding back tears, said in her lengthy Instagram video. “Your prayers and your energy and your concern for her will never ever…be forgotten because I truly believe that it really helped Brielle to overcome where she’s been.”

Now that her daughter has been transferred out of the ICU and into the NTU (Neuroscience Trauma Unit), Michelle said she wants to focus solely on her continued recovery.

“As her mom, I just feel this overwhelming need to just be present with her during this next chapter in her life,” she continued. “This is not my story to tell. This is her story, and I think as a 15-year-old who has just gone through something so traumatic, it does not feel in alignment for me to be sharing anymore.”

The “Bachelor in Paradise” star assured her followers that Brielle is “going to be OK.”

“I will forever be indebted to you for the support and the love, but I have got to be 100 percent present with my daughter, and this is not my story to tell,” she said. “It does not feel right for me to be sharing this chapter publicly.”

Michelle has been documenting Brielle’s journey since her accident occurred at the end of March. Just last week, she shared a picture of herself holding a bag of her daughter’s brain fluid following surgery.
