Two-and-a-half months after finalizing her divorce, Wendy Williams is still having trouble unloading her marital mansion.
The 55-year-old talk show host has again reduced the price of her suburban Livingston, New Jersey, home. She is now asking $1,575,000 for the 5-bedroom, 4½-bath home, according to Realtor.com.
As Page Six exclusively reported in 2019, Williams initially put the house up for sale last August for $1,895,000 amid her divorce from Kevin Hunter. The former couple originally paid $2,100,000 in 2008 for the property, which is located in the exclusive Bel Air gated community.
This January, Williams reduced the price to $1,699,000. It appeared a sale had been in the works because the listing was removed from the market until March 20, when it was re-posted.
Page Six confirmed this past fall that Williams had moved out of the house and into a $15,000-a-month apartment in Manhattan’s Financial District. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Williams has been taping segments for “The Wendy Williams Show” from her luxe pad.
She and Hunter are the parents of 19-year-old son Kevin Hunter Jr.
