Mark Wahlberg sent out a message of hope on Palm Sunday.

The “Lone Survivor” star addressed followers on a video posted to his Instagram account.

“Happy Palm Sunday everybody,” the 48-year-old actor began. “Just thinking about everybody,” the actor continued while seated next to his wife, Rhea Durham.

“We still have faith, we have each other, so let’s stay strong,” he continued before the couple ended by saying, “God bless you.”

The father-of-four has always been open about his faith.

“Being a Catholic is the most important aspect of my life. The first thing I do when I start my day is, I get down on my hands and knees and give thanks to God. Whenever I go outside of my house, the first thing I do is stop at the church,” he told the Catholic Herald.

He added: “If I can start my day out by saying my prayers and getting myself focused, then I know I’m doing the right thing. That 10 minutes helps me in every way throughout the day.”

Last month Wahlberg was criticized for posting a clip of himself and Mario Lopez during a joint workout at a gym in Los Angeles. The post followed public statements by both stars urging fans to stay at home and self-quarantine.
