Real Housewives of New York” star and proud Jewish mother Jill Zarin has launched a program called “Noshes for Nurses” to help feed medical workers and others fighting the coronavirus outbreak in her two hometowns of New York and Boca Raton, Florida.

“Since last Saturday we have fed over 1,000 meals to nurses and hospital support staff,” she told Page Six. The food has gone to Boca Regional Hospital, and in New York, Mount Sinai West, Monterfoire in the Bronx, NYU Langone, Lenox Health Greenwich Village and others.

So far she’s worked with chicken finger spot Sticky’s and Juice Press, both of which have matched donations. They’ve also provided food for the drivers for City Harvest, who are delivering meals to vulnerable New Yorkers in spite of the outbreak.

Zarin, who’s working on the project with daughter Ally Shapiro told us, “We hope this meal shows our frontliners that they are not alone and that the community has not forgotten them.”

“Millionaire Matchmaker” Patti Stanger and podcaster star Heather McDonald have already donated $1000 each through GoFundMe.
