Alec Baldwin’s infamous 2018 fight over a parking spot with a random man in the street can be seen in full for the first time in a surveillance video released Friday.

The “30 Rock” actor says the video clearly shows that he did not punch Wojciech Cieszkowski in the face but rather “pushed Cieszkowski’s shoulder,” which proves that the man defamed him to police and to the media, according to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The roughly 90-second surveillance clip — taken from inside a store — shows Cieszkowski walk up to a parking meter and Baldwin approaching him a moment later. Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, enters the scene holding a child after Baldwin first makes contact with the man. Baldwin and Cieszkowski both claim the video proves their opposing views for how the incident played out.

Cieszkowski sued the “Saturday Night Live” comedian in April for assault and slander over the November 2, 2018 fight and for the statements that Baldwin made in the media following the incident claiming he feared the man would run over Hilaria.

Then in November 2019, Baldwin counter-sued for defamation claiming that Cieszkowski lied when he told police and others that Baldwin hit him in the face.

Baldwin’s lawyer, Luke Nikas, claims in court papers filed last week that Cieszkowski’s accusation that the actor at first pushed him in the chest with two hands was disproved by video — which was filed as an exhibit in the pair’s court case.

“Baldwin tapped Cieszkowski lightly on the chest, with one hand, from nearly an arm’s length distance, simply to get his attention,” Nikas wrote in court documents that include still frames of the video.

And later during the moments when Cieszkowski claims he was socked in the jaw, Nikas said the still frames paint a different picture.

“The images show that Baldwin pushed Cieszkowski’s shoulder, not his face,” Nikas says in the court papers.

“This is clearly not a punch. It is clearly not contact with Ceiszkowski’s face… Ceiszkowski lied about it all,” Nikas wrote.

But, Cieszkowski’s lawyers say the very same footage “indisputably shows, Mr. Baldwin got into Mr. Cieszkowski’s face, berated him and shoved him once,” according to court papers filed last month.

And Hilaria eventually walks up standing beside the pair facing Baldwin, “in an evident effort to get him to stop his aggression,” Cieszkowski’s lawyers claim.

Cieszkowski’s lawyers also say, the video shows “Mr. Baldwin forcefully striking Mr. Cieszkowski, knocking him back about six steps and causing Mr. Cieszkowski to immediately grab his jaw,” according to court documents.

Cieszkowski has asked a judge to toss Baldwin’s defamation claims against him, which Baldwin is opposing.

Douglas Lieb, Cieszkowski’s lawyer, told Page Six, “It was a violent unprovoked unnecessary assault of a person who is just standing there trying to pay for his parking…They can use the words they want but that is what the video shows.”

Baldwin pleaded guilty to harassment over the November 2, 2018 incident and was sentenced to pay $120 fine and take an anger management class.
