Prince Charles called Prince William and Prince Harry after being told that he had contracted coronavirus, The GAG has learned.

The last time the heir to the throne, who is now in self-isolation in Scotland, saw his sons was when they joined the Queen at a Commonwealth service at Westminster Abbey on March 9.

Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are now on lockdown at their $14 million home on Vancouver Island in Canada, alongside their baby son, Archie, with just days to go before they are due to give up their roles as senior royals.

Meanwhile, William and his wife, Kate Middleton, have relocated from Kensington Palace in London to their country home, Anmer Hall, with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Staff at Charles’ Scottish estate of Birkhall in Aberdeenshire, on the Queen’s Balmoral estate, are now self-isolating in their own homes.

Charles also held in-person meetings with employees from the Duchy of Cornwall and Highgrove Estate over the last few days, and attendees have been warned about his condition.

The Prince of Wales is only displaying mild symptoms and is otherwise in good health, Clarence House said in a statement.

It is not known how the 71-year-old caught the virus because of his busy schedule of public events recently.

The Queen, 93, remains in “good health” and is “following all the appropriate advice with regard to her welfare,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson said Wednesday.

The monarch last saw Prince Charles briefly after an investiture ceremony for public awards at the palace in London on March 12. Charles has been advised he was contagious from March 13, sources told The Post. He has since spoken to his mother.

Following his last public event on March 12, Prince Charles has had a number of private meetings with individuals, all of whom have been made aware of the situation.

“It is not possible to ascertain from whom the Prince caught the virus owing to the high number of engagements he carried out in his public role during recent weeks,” Clarence House said.

Charles was tested on Monday and got results on Tuesday, the source said. His wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, is self-isolating separately. She has been tested and does not have the virus, according to the statement from Clarence House.
