Naomi Campbell has always been a health nut, and she’s being extra careful during the coronavirus pandemic.
In addition to donning a hazmat suit, gloves and a mask while traveling and spending the rest of her time at home for the sake of social distancing, the supermodel, 49, recently shared her daily vitamin and supplement routine on YouTube — and it’s just as extra as her airport look.
Campbell starts her day with a health smoothie that includes more than 10 ingredients, among them almond milk, cacao powder, matcha powder, artichoke powder, baobab powder, collagen, moringa powder and pomegranate.
“It’s important now more than ever to boost our immune systems and take care of ourselves,” Campbell explained.
In addition to her superfood drink, the catwalker takes a slew of different vitamins and supplements, including liquid vitamin C, vitamin D, papaya seeds, probiotics, black seed, Humacel and more. In total, Campbell’s ingesting nearly 30 alleged immune boosters per day.
Her various supplements claim to aid in liver, digestive and immune health, though many are unproven and unsupported. Campbell stressed the emphasis on immunity, with a clear focus on products that purportedly improve the body’s response to viral diseases.
If nothing else, the supermodel’s over-the-top nutrition routine is clearly working when it comes to maintaining her youthful glow.
