The “Call Me by Your Name” actor, 33, went to Central Park “weeks ago,” we’re told, to recite poet Wendy Cope’s “Valentine.” The result, which was posted Monday, is a bright spot during the ongoing coronavirus quarantine that has shutdown New York City.

“Here he is, the gorgeous and talented Mr Armie Hammer reciting one of my favorite poems by Wendy Cope on a crisp spring day in Central Park,” the Instagram account Poetry in the Wild posted Monday morning. “Listen and swoon my friends.”

“My heart has made its mind up / And I’m afraid it’s you. / Whatever you’ve got lined up, / My heart has made its mind up / And if you can’t be signed up / This year, next year will do. / My heart has made its mind up / And I’m afraid it’s you,” the poem reads.

Fans immediately swooned over Hammer’s scintillating rendition in the comments.

“This is SO BEAUTIFUL! I love him wholeheartedly and I think that he did it perfectly,” commented one fan.

“Will he do it again, please ???” begged another.

“Wouldn’t mind @armiehammer as my valentine,” wrote another love-struck fan.
