Hilary Duff has a very concise message for her millennial cohort: Stay at home and binge-watch.

In a story posted to her Instagram this weekend, the “Lizzie McGuire” star told her followers to “go home” amid the spread of the coronavirus, which has prompted entire nations to sequester themselves indefinitely.

“To all you young millennial a - - holes that keep going out partying: go home,” said 32-year-old Duff. She then added “stop killing old people, please” before signing off.

Her brief missive to fans also included a plea for good television shows that she can binge while holed up at home with her husband, Matthew Koma, and two children, Banks and Luca.

“Guys, what shows to watch right now?” she began. “We finished ‘Love Is Blind.’ It was amazing,” said Duff, as she clicked her tongue in approval.

“What are we going to do? I’m not excited about anything right now,” she complained. “Do we dare watch ‘Game of Thrones’ again? Maybe? May be stuck at home that long.”

Pop music royalty have also descended upon social media to bestow tidings of good hygiene and “social distancing.”

Taylor Swift, too, said she is disturbed by the level of revelry taking place during the global public health crisis.

“I love you so much and need to express my concern that things aren’t being taken seriously enough right now,” wrote the “You Need To Calm Down” singer in an Instagram story on Sunday.

“I’m seeing lots of get-togethers and hangs and parties still happening,” Swift, 30, continued. “This is the time to cancel plans, actually truly isolate as much as you can and don’t assume that because you don’t feel sick that you aren’t possibly passing something on to someone elderly or vulnerable to this.”

“It’s a really scary time, but we need to make sacrifices right now,” she concluded.

Lady Gaga also sent directives to her fans on behalf of the “doctors and scientists” with whom she discussed safety strategies for the coronavirus.

“So I talked to some doctors and scientists,” she wrote on Instagram on Sunday. “It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups.”

Gaga, 33, also shared the difficulty of separating from her parents and grandparents, all of whom are over the age of 65.

“I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it. I’m hanging at home with my dogs.”

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus slammed those who have rushed supermarkets to buy up essential household goods, including toilet paper, medicines, cleaning products and canned goods — all in preparation for a presumed long period of social isolation. She urged fans to “practice restraint” and be “considerate.”

“Be thoughtful. Respectful. Compassionate. HUMAN. while preparing for social distancing,” wrote Cyrus, 27, on Instagram this weekend.

“No one needs every soup in the store,” the “Wrecking Ball” singer added. “The more we hoard the more expensive and sparse necessities will become, leaving many without essentials.”

“This is a great time to practice restraint . . . it’s incredibly difficult to make smart decisions while panicking, but think twice before following the fear and being inconsiderate.”
