'Big Little Lies': Nicole Kidman announces season 3 could see the light of day

The series, which aired recently on TF1, did not meet with popular success with French audiences.
Big Little Lies, its haunting soundtrack, its five-star cast, its sumptuous sets… A series initially planned to last only for one season, but renewed in the face of critical and popular success by HBO. And while it was thought that Season 2 will also be the last, it looks like it's still too early to put our hopes to rest.
In an interview with the Australian version of Marie-Claire, series star Nicole Kidman hinted that a sequel to the adventures of the heroines of Monterey could see the light of day. “Reese [Witherspoon] and I talk or write once a week. She has just moved back to Nashville and we are very close. We all want to work together again. I've written to Zoë [Kravitz] and Laura [Dern], and they're up for it, ”the actress said.
A realistic wish?
According to Celeste Wright, writers David E. Kelley and Liane Moriarty "have a really good idea" for this potential season. "Stay on the lookout", she even dares to launch to play with the nerves of the fans.
