“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Jessica More always makes sure to pamper her skin when she’s cruising the high seas.

“I usually make sure I have a facial serum with me,” the third stew told Page Six Style of her on-board beauty essentials. “I use a lot of vitamin C serum and I use a foundation with sunscreen. For my hair, I usually don’t wash it often because I have it up in a bun, but I think that helps it grow!”

More added that she always has “basic makeup” with her, “because usually we have to wear some for dinner service. It’s as minimal as possible, though.”

And when it comes to workouts, portable equipment is the name of the game. “I bring a jump rope and resistance bands when I come to work,” she told us. “The yachts also have weights, so I’ll try to get some form of cardio in and a little use of resistance bands to try to stay in shape. I get in 10,000 to 15,000 steps in on a charter day.”

But the California beauty said that sometimes her looks can backfire when it comes to dealing with the men on board. “It’s happened a few times where husbands are fond of me, but I try to play it down and give more of the attention to their wives,” she explained. “There’s nothing specific that’s happened, but I have had that scenario where the husband is paying extra attention to me. So I just switch service with one of the girls.”

Added More, “I can just tell when the wife is uncomfortable or just starts being rude. So when I see that’s the case, I just switch. It’s only happened once, but you have to be mindful. It’s a team effort — you don’t want to mess up the tip for the team.”

Especially when there’s a four-figure payout at stake. “Anything below $1,000 is a bad tip,” More told us. “A good tip is maybe $1,400 for two-and-a-half or three days.”

And even though More is no longer in touch with her co-star and ex Robert Westergaard, she promised fans that the episodes ahead will be plenty dramatic.

“There are a lot of ups and downs on the show. I start to get a little frustrated,” she teased. “I might get a little more snappy and defensive on some things. It’s just a lot of surprises.”

“Below Deck Mediterranean” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
