Kyle Richards may be used to the finer things in life — like her “Real Housewives”-inspired Birkin bag — but she’s a pro at the basics when it comes to her hair care routine.

The “RHOBH” star, 51, spent Sunday touching up her own roots and documenting the process on her Instagram Story for her fans. The mom of four revealed that she has been covering up her silver strands since she was 25 years old.

“Very exciting activity of the day,” Richards began. “I am going to color my roots. I have some gray roots. I inherited getting gray hair early. My dad was completely gray by the time he was 40. I started getting gray hairs when I was 25, probably because I worry so much. And I do it myself quite often.”

She uses Clairol Root Touch-Up ($6.99) to achieve her look — and said she locks her husband, Mauricio Umansky, out of the bathroom during the process, calling it “not a good look.”

After touching up her color, Richards used a Bombay Hair blow dryer ($100) and Ouai products to achieve the perfect quarantine blowout.

“I grew up watching my mom color her own hair,” Richards told Page Six Style. “So for me, it’s normal. Plus it’s easy and saves me time — and money.”

“I don’t want to feel like I’m falling apart during this time of uncertainty. Trying to feel and look my best — within reason — helps me psychologically.”

No doubt Richards will be looking fierce and feeling her best when “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” returns for a new season on April 15.
