Nearly one year after his near-fatal car crash, Kevin Hart hasn’t let a locked-down Los Angeles, or his injuries, stop him from getting in a workout. The 41-year-old has been posting fitness snaps from his home gym, claiming he takes “no days off” while leaving his followers motivated, if not a little thirsty.

Pre-accident, he was busy flexing in the gym, claiming “the best motivation in the world is seeing YOURSELF reach new levels!”

Hart was in “beast mode” as he pulled in reps of a 30- pound weight.

Post-accident, Hart described doing planks as “hustle on top of hustle with a added dose of f–king hustle.”

He wasn’t afraid to drop to the ground to get those hard-to-target muscle groups.

Even before his accident, Hart took the time for recuperation tactics like ice baths.

He made sure to show off his progress with the right outfit.

He also made sure to not so subtly show off his hard work at every moment.

Months after his accident, and amid a pandemic, Hart is more focused than ever. ” I got knocked down and had to start over on Sept 1st 2019 & he has been there every single step of the way….the road to being better can start whenever you want it to people….Broke back jack came back and said f–k that and thinks failure is whack.”
