Can you buy a house in Final Fantasy XIV?

Where can I find private housing in FFXIV?
At the moment, you can only find FFXIV private housing in Wards 19-24. Once this change happens after the next lottery’s entry period, Wards 10-18 will also be open to players looking for a private home. As you might imagine, this means a similar sort of cut for free company housing in FFXIV. It currently occupies Wards 1-18.
