        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Andre Iguodala is in hot water with the Twitterverse.</p><p>On Tuesday night, the Miami Heat forward appeared to catch the Washington Mystics&#8217; 94-89 win over the Connecticut Sun, in which Mystics forward Aerial Powers <strong>poured in 27 points</strong>. Mind you commentator said my name. Would it have been the same if I was a guy?Look at the pic. I didn’t forget . I SAID WHAT I SAID!&#8221; <a href="https://twitter.com/aerial_powers23/status/1288535815665197057" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">she continued</a>.</p><p>The WNBA bubble season opened on Saturday in Bradenton, Fla. The NBA restart begins Thursday night in Orlando.</p><p>Powers also shared a screenshot of <strong>a 2016 TMZ story</strong>, &#8220;NBA Star Andre Iguodala: I Don&#8217;t Want My Daughter Playing Basketball and Becoming a Lesbian.&#8221; Iguodala later <strong>clarified the remarks</strong>, noting he didn&#8217;t want his daughter to endure &#8220;the same struggles&#8221; lesbian WNBA players have experienced.</p><p>As Powers <a href="https://twitter.com/T_Cloud4/status/1288577173704646656">received a flurry of support</a> from teammates and fans, <a href="https://twitter.com/andre/status/1288495873811451906" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Iguodala tweeted</a> Wednesday, &#8220;&#8230;no manners.&#8221;</p><p>A Michigan State University alum, Powers was selected fifth overall by the Dallas Wings in the 2016 WNBA draft.
