“American Horror Story” is getting a new set of horrors.

FX has officially picked up “American Horror Stories,” the spinoff to Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s long-running FX anthology series. Murphy teased the expansion earlier this month.

Good luck telling the two shows apart.

In the original “AHS,” each season is a self-contained miniseries, featuring plots like a haunted hotel where Lady Gaga vamps around and monster creatures assault Schmidt (Max Greenfield) from “New Girl,” or stories involving murderous clowns at an old-fashioned carnival freak show. So far, nine seasons have aired, and it’s been renewed through 13.

In the “Stories” spinoff, each episode will tell a stand-alone story, similar to “The Twilight Zone” or “Black Mirror.” So it’s still an anthology show — just with even more anthology, this time.

According to Variety, Murphy discussed the show in a Zoom call with some core “American Horror Story” cast members, who will be featured on the new series. While none have been announced yet, the actors Murphy has showcased most on “AHS” include Emma Roberts, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Dylan McDermott, Denis O’Hare, Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange and Finn Wittrock.

Macaulay Culkin also could be a possibility, as the “Home Alone” star will be the latest new addition to the scary (and often sexy) “AHS” universe in Season 10, which will bow in 2021.

There’s no word yet on a premiere date for “American Horror Stories.”
