        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Composers in isolation are taking their chops to Twitter with the idea of raising dough for furloughed Broadway workers.</p><p>Musical megastar Andrew Lloyd Webber <a href="https://twitter.com/OfficialALW/status/1240670207930249216" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">started the trend</a> Thursday, playing the show-stopping “All I Ask of You” from his “Phantom of the Opera” musical.</p><p>The cooped-up Twitterati were ticked by Webber’s tinkling of the ivories.</p><p>“I didn’t think I’d ever get such a response to this little tryout! Here I am in my own self-isolation,” Webber captioned the video, which was interrupted by his dog.</p><p>“Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda replied by giving an early birthday shout-out to the soon-to-be-71-year-old.</p><p>“It’s almost your birthday and you give US gifts,” <a href="https://twitter.com/Lin_Manuel" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">the star producer tweeted,</a> prompting Webber to challenge him to a play-off.</p><p>Miranda later posted a video of himself playing “Everything’s Alright” from Webber’s “Jesus Christ Superstar” and asked fans to donate to <strong>Broadway Cares,</strong> which is raising emergency funds for Broadway workers left jobless by the COVID-19 outbreak.</p><div class="embed-wrapper twitter"><div class="embed-twitter"><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">I didn’t think I’d ever get such a response to this little tryout!
