In celebration of Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham turning 46, former band member, Emma “Baby Spice” Bunton, tweeted an adorable throwback photo of the pair.

In the black and white pic, Beckham can be seen holding Bunton in a piggyback position with the two broadly grinning for the camera. “Happy birthday to my gorgeous friend @victoriabeckham,” Bunton, 44,  wrote in the accompanying caption. “We love you so much ❤❤❤❤.”

Meanwhile, Beckham marked the special day on her own Instagram account, posting a photo of herself cavorting among a cascade of white balloons.

In the accompanying caption, the lauded fashion designer urged followers to “turn the music up” and join her for a virtual birthday celebration that will take place on April 17.

“Tomorrow is my birthday. @di_fattony_ has given me the best bday present,” she wrote alongside the photo. “A playlist of all my favourite songs to share with everyone.”

In lieu of presents, Beckham has asked friends and family to instead make a charitable donation to the Children’s Society. “They provide a lifeline for children hidden from view in the coronavirus crisis, and in even more danger now from abuse, exploitation, neglect or hunger. Please support them if you can,” she wrote.

Beckham is self-quarantining at her expansive English estate in the Cotswolds along with husband David and three of their children, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and Harper, eight. Oldest son Brooklyn, 21, has been holed up across the pond in New York with his gal pal Nicola Peltz.
