“We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Matthew Mogol,” Anderson’s business representative told Page Six on Tuesday. “Our thoughts are with his and Tracy’s young daughter, Penelope, during this devastating time.”

Anderson and Mogol were married for two years before divorcing in 2013. Penelope, their only child, is 8 years old.

Mogol shared information about his cancer journey and treatments on Instagram, including how his daughter helped support him.

He was the founder of Mogolo, which he described on LinkedIn as “an entrepreneurial company creating innovative solutions that enable unlimited creativity.”

Anderson’s first husband, basketball player Eric Anderson, passed away in 2018 at age 48 after suffering cardiac-related issues after contracting pneumonia. They were married from 1998 to 2008 and shared 22-year-old son Sam.
