        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even Michelle Obama&#8217;s jewelry at the 2020 Democratic National Convention delivered a stirring message.</p><p>The former First Lady wore a gold necklace that spelled out &#8220;V-O-T-E&#8221; during <strong>her rousing speech</strong> on Monday night &#8212; and it was an instant hit on social media.</p><p>The chain is from ByChari, a small, Los Angeles-based boutique, that sells similar bling for around $300-$400.</p><p>Owner Chari Cuthbert told The Post she created a VOTE necklace for the 2016 election and was planning on selling one again this time around.</p><p>&#8220;I was honored when Michelle Obama&#8217;s stylist asked for one and am thrilled she is wearing it!&#8221; she said in a statement.</p><p>Several people appeared to be following Obama&#8217;s lead and looking for their own necklace from the brand on Monday night.</p><p>&#8220;Ok, seriously, where can we buy Michelle Obama&#8217;s VOTE necklace?&#8221; one person tweeted.</p><p>Another <a href="https://twitter.com/alexawilkinson/status/1295572898032291840">quipped</a>, &#8220;The DNC convention was 95% cringe worthy and 5% Michelle Obama’s necklace.&#8221;</p>]]></content:encoded>
