On Tuesday, CryptoPunk #5364 was transferred to Ukraine's Ethereum wallet, adding a potentially valuable and sought-after asset to a donation campaign that has already raised more than $33 million in cryptocurrencies.

The Punk's worth has been estimated to be around $200,000 by Tom Robinson of crypto tracking firm Elliptic when he spotted the contribution late Tuesday; DeepNFTvalue, a blog that utilizes machine learning to estimate prices for uncommon NFTs, put it at $233,000.

The punk sold for $31,300 in February 2021, the last time it was sold. According to his wallet address, the donor has a collection of numerous more Punks.

It came at the end of a golden week for Ukraine's fast-growing crypto campaign, with over $10 million donated in ETH, DOT, USDT, BTC, and other crypto tokens on Tuesday alone, the single-largest day since Ukraine began accepting donations on February 26.

Earlier Tuesday, Michael Chobanian, the founder of a Ukrainian crypto exchange who is assisting the Ministry of Digital Transformation with donations, told CoinDesk TV that at least $14 million in donated crypto had already been spent on military gear and civilian goods including as food and gas.

"The majority of spending is done in cryptocurrency," Chobanian stated at the time. He previously told CoinDesk that Kuna, his exchange, administers the Ukrainian government's wallets.

Chobanian did not immediately react to CoinDesk's Telegram question about what would happen to the Punk.

Russia invaded Ukraine last week, leading the smaller European country to seek assistance in the form of both arms and finance to help it repel its neighbor.
