        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The mystery renter who snagged the Hamptons’ priciest summer rental is financier Ian Snow, a source told us exclusively.</p><p><strong>The Post previously reported</strong> that developer Joe Farrell’s Sandcastle estate in Bridgehampton was going for $2 million from March through Labor Day, making the luxury property the East End’s priciest ever.</p><p>At the time, Farrell said the manse went to “a textile tycoon and his family who were stuck in Manhattan and wanted to leave the city on a day’s notice. This was a COVID situation — not a normal summer rental.”</p><p>Reps did not get back to us. Snow co-founded private-equity firm Snow Phipps.</p>]]></content:encoded>
