But people could buy it until 2016. It's back on the market now because the family has been "inundated with requests to sell," according to a statement from Icon Global, which holds the listing.

The Dallas Morning News says that a recent deal to buy the property, which looks out over the Red River, fell through.

Icon Global's Bernard Uechtritz told the outlet, "Unfortunately, despite a series of contract extensions and repeated assurances and promises from the buyer, his agents, and other representatives, the buyer failed to follow through, perform, fund, and close the transaction." "As of today, the whole ranch is back on the market, and it's no longer a question of whether or not it will sell, but to whom."

The spread is in southern Oklahoma and is currently used as a working horse and cattle ranch. There are riding trails all over the property.

"The property and facilities are ready to go for a major player in the horse business, a cattle ranch, or a private recreational ranch," Uechtritz said. "Both Dallas and Fort Worth are an hour away from the ranch."

The main house is 8,600 square feet and has eight bathrooms and six bedrooms.

There are four brick-and-stone fireplaces inside, as well as Control4 and Sonos systems.

Outside, there is a patio with a full kitchen, a bar, a fireplace, a hot sauna, and a fire pit. The patio is about 1,000 square feet. There is also a big pool and a dog house made of stone with a fenced-in area for dogs.

"[My wife] Tammy and I are both sad to leave this big ranch and our wonderful home, which has been our perfect getaway for so many years," Bradshaw told the Dallas Morning News. "However, it is time that we slowed down a bit, giving us more time to travel and enjoy our new grandchildren, family, and other interests."

Bradshaw made his usual appearance on "Fox NFL Sunday" on Sunday. He has co-hosted the show since it began in 1994. This time, though, people noticed that he seemed to be struggling on camera.

The former quarterback, 74, was seen slurring his words and forgetting his train of thought. Fans quickly took to social media to express their concern.

The NFL legend, who won four Super Bowl titles in a six-year period with the Pittsburgh Steelers, appeared to “be wincing in pain,” noted Steelernation.com. “He did not seem comfortable and it didn’t go unnoticed on Twitter.”
