The 52-year-old was released from the hospital earlier this week after undergoing a hip replacement, following less extensive hip surgery earlier this year, Page Six is told. She is now using a walker while she recovers.

“There was no recourse to not do the surgery,” a family friend told us. “Patricia has a long, grueling recovery ahead, but she’s determined to keep working.”

The “Free 2 Be Me” singer has a “Tan Talk” show scheduled for June 19 with partner Adam Barta, and part of the proceeds will go to the George Floyd Memorial Fund. Based on her last fundraiser, which was a total flop, it’s unclear how much she’ll be able to donate to Floyd’s fund.

Krentcil’s latest hospitalization came about a year after she was pronounced dead after suffering heart failure due to pneumonia, pancreatitis and an infection that had spread to her lungs.

“Tan Mom” first made headlines in 2012 when she was arrested for child endangerment after allegedly taking her then-5-year-old daughter into a tanning bed in New Jersey. A grand jury declined to indict her.
