Stephanie Pratt’s criminal past is being rehashed after “The Hills: New Beginnings” star tweeted “shoot the looters” amid the George Floyd protests.

“Shoot the looters — using this tragedy as their excuse to rob and burn all of our towns down,” Pratt, 34, tweeted on Sunday.

The phrase “when the looting stars, the shooting starts” was used by President Donald Trump on Twitter Friday in response to demonstrations that took place in Minneapolis. Twitter said the statement “violated the Twitter Rules about glorifying violence.”

Pratt’s remark has not yet been flagged by the social media platform, but many users heavily criticized the reality star for the “hypocrisy” behind her comment.

In 2006, Pratt was arrested in Oahu, Hawaii, for shoplifting $1,300 worth of merchandise from a Neiman Marcus store. She was charged with second-degree theft and pleaded guilty, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

One person’s response to Pratt’s tweet — which has over 15,000 likes — said, “Remember when you got arrested for stealing from neiman marcus, you f—king racist hypocrite.”

Another person added, “Why would you tweet something so stupid? Have you not learned anything from your commander and chief’s tweets? You’re insighting[sic] more violence.” That tweet got more than 8,000 likes.

People also slammed Pratt for vocalizing more compassion for businesses than George Floyd or other black people who have died as a result of police brutality.

“My heart breaks for all of these businesses around LA affected,” the “Hills” star tweeted along with a video of news coverage. “First the quarantine & now this.”

She added, “Anyone else sobbing watching their town being burned down?”

One person wrote in response, “I think what you meant to say is ‘Anyone else sobbing about how cops are killing black people without punishment?’ The bigger issue should always be loss of life, not buildings and things.”

Aside from Pratt’s own criminal history, people also pointed out that Pratt’s ex-boyfriend, Julien Chabbott, had his own confrontation with law enforcement.

In 2012, Chabbott was accused of running over a police officer’s foot with his Ferrari. Pratt was present when the incident occurred. The case was later dismissed, and Chabbott got just five days of community service.

A rep for Pratt did not immediately return our request for comment.
