Tarantina — who died Nov. 2 from an accidental overdose — didn’t leave behind a will and so his only son and “sole distributee,” Sean Tarantina, is set to inherit the estate, court papers filed in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court show.

The 60-year-old actor — who also appeared on “Gilmore Girls” — had $70,000 in two bank accounts and an Upstate New York house worth $139,000 that still had $52,000 outstanding on a mortgage, court records show.

The 23-year-old son asked that his aunt be made the estate administrator, “due to my young age and the unexpected nature of my father’s passing,” Sean’s affidavit said.

Tarantina — who lived with Sean in a Hell’s Kitchen apartment — died from an accidental overdose of a cocktail of drugs including fentanyl, heroin, diazepam and cocaine, the Medical Examiner ruled in December.

He was found face up on his couch with prescription bottles and glassine envelopes filled with white powder in the apartment, sources said at the time.

The actor’s rep told People he “had been ill lately.”

A lawyer for the estate declined to comment. Sean could not immediately be reached for comment.
