        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The son of late &#8220;Marvelous Mrs. Maisel&#8221; actor Brian Tarantina is set to inherit his dad&#8217;s $209,000 estate, court records show.</p><p>Tarantina — who <strong>died Nov. 2</strong> from an accidental overdose — didn&#8217;t leave behind a will and so his only son and &#8220;sole distributee,&#8221; Sean Tarantina, is set to inherit the estate, court papers filed in Manhattan Surrogate&#8217;s Court show.</p><p>The 60-year-old actor — who also appeared on &#8220;Gilmore Girls&#8221; — had $70,000 in two bank accounts and an Upstate New York house worth $139,000 that still had $52,000 outstanding on a mortgage, court records show.</p><p>The 23-year-old son asked that his aunt be made the estate administrator, &#8220;due to my young age and the unexpected nature of my father’s passing,&#8221; Sean&#8217;s affidavit said.</p><p>Tarantina — who lived with Sean in a Hell&#8217;s Kitchen apartment — <strong>died from an accidental overdose</strong> of a cocktail of drugs including fentanyl, heroin, diazepam and cocaine, the Medical Examiner ruled in December.</p><p>He was found face up on his couch with prescription bottles and glassine envelopes filled with white powder in the apartment, sources said at the time.</p><p>The actor&#8217;s rep <strong>told People</strong> he &#8220;had been ill lately.&#8221;</p><p>A lawyer for the estate declined to comment. Sean could not immediately be reached for comment.</p>]]></content:encoded>
