The “Chandelier” singer revealed on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show” on Sunday that she regrets opening up about her adopted children because her “job is to protect them and not blab about what’s going on in their lives.”

“I made a bit of a boo-boo because they’re my new children,” she said on the Australian radio show. “I’ve only had them for a year. I’m such an open book that I forget not everybody is.”

In May, Sia, 44, revealed that she adopted two teenage boys in 2019 because they were “aging out of the foster care system.”

She then shared on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music show in July that her youngest “just had two babies.”

“They call me Nana,” she said. “I’m trying to get them to call me Lovey, like Kris [Jenner]. I’m like, ‘Call me Lovey.’”

The “Elastic Heart” singer added on “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” that she didn’t get in trouble with her son for “blabbing,” but rather she came to that conclusion herself.

“He didn’t tell me off or anything,” she said. “I was peeing, which is where I have my best thoughts, and I realized that it was not my news to share with the world.”

Sia added, “I instantly realized I can’t talk about my children’s private life. That’s not my news to share and I’m just learning because I’m just learning to be a mom.”

Her children’s identities have not been revealed.
