The former couple ignited speculation about their relationship last week when the eldest Kardashian sister posted a photo of herself wearing a flannel shirt — which eagle-eyed fans realized actually belongs to Disick.

Now, Disick is joking about Kourtney’s wardrobe. He commented “cute shirt” on a new post in which his ex sports a flannel by Outerknown ($148) over a white minidress and knee-high boots.

The reality star, 41, is currently in Wyoming with Disick, 37, and their three children, plus the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Disick is newly single after ending his three-year relationship with Sofia Richie last month following his brief stint in rehab “to work on past traumas.” He has since traveled to Utah with Kardashian and the kids for his 37th birthday, followed by a larger party in Calabasas, Calif.
