The Talentless apparel line founder joined his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, 41, and their three children — 10-year-old Mason, 7-year-old Penelope and 5-year-old Reign — to celebrate his 37th birthday, staying at the luxurious Amangiri resort in Utah while he continues “healing” after his stint in rehab.

“He is doing a lot better and is focused on healing,” a source told E! News of Disick’s progress. “He’s talked with a few therapists who are helping him talk through his struggles and navigate his next moves.

“Scott has been very willing and open to get help and wants to continue treatment,” the source continued. “Kourtney knows how to handle Scott and he is always in a better headspace when he gets to spend time with his kids.

“She has really been there for him since his rehab exit, and has had a lot of sympathy towards him.”

In April, Disick checked himself into the Colorado-based All Points Lodge to work on “past traumas” stemming from the deaths of both of his parents. He left the rehab facility shortly after a photo of him staying there was leaked.

The facility’s CEO, Noah Nordheimer, later told Page Six that he would be working with police over the alleged leak.
