On Sunday, the Seahawks quarterback hit the “red carpet” with his pregnant wife during the remote 2020 ESPY Awards, posing from home in their bathrobes and slippers.

“I’ve been coming to this show for the last seven years, and one of my favorite parts of the night has always been the red carpet,” Wilson said. “I figured, why should this year be any different? So I built one in my own backyard.”

Wilson, 31, who joined Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe as the night’s emcees, mingled outdoors with a cutout of LeBron James before channeling his inner paparazzo with a selfie stick. As for Ciara, 34, she also fielded a question about her husband’s skillset.

“Girl, now look at you trying to start some trouble,” Ciara replied to a pre-recorded query comparing Wilson to Tom Brady.

Though Wilson posted to Instagram that “COVID can’t stop us,” he and Ciara did run into a bit of sprinkler trouble.

“Lil fun on the Red Carpet The #Espys,” Ciara also posted on social media. “Tonight’s going to be a GOOD one. Bae Hosting #FathersDay.”

Wilson and Ciara, who have been married since 2016, will soon be adding another member to their family. In January, Ciara revealed she and Wilson are expecting their second child together, a baby boy. They are also parents to 3-year-old daughter Sienna, and Ciara shares 6-year-old son Future with her ex, rapper Future.
