Geary, 25, is pregnant with her third child with Thicke, 43, Us Weekly confirmed. The couple are already parents to daughters, Mia, 2, and Lola, 18 months.

This will be Thicke’s fourth child, as he shares 10-year-old son Julian with ex-wife Paula Patton.

A rep for the couple didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

The couple just celebrated their 6-year anniversary this week. Geary marked the occasion with a heartfelt video tribute on Instagram that showed their lives evolving over the years.

“Omg SIX years, two babies, one burned down house and one less appendix between us 😂 I love you so much and I couldn’t imagine my life without you,” Geary wrote alongside the video. “You’re the best father, partner, cook, lover! I know I’m rarely ever romantic or serious (lol) but you’re truly my other half and you love me more than anyone ever has before. Forever & always ♥️ @robinthicke.”

Geary started dating Thicke in 2014, and he proposed four years later.
